Consultation on the Local Tenant Participation Strategy

The Welsh Assembly Government recently introduced guidance which requires all Registered Social Landlords (including housing associations and local authorities) to develop a Local Tenant Participation Strategy (LTPS).

The aims of the strategy are to:
" improve the efficiency and quality of housing services
" place tenants at the heart of housing management

The LTPS does not introduce requirements that are much different from existing tenant participation best practice but it will ensure that all landlords meet a minimum standard.

Over the past year we have been working with a group from the Residents Partnership to develop a LTPS for Tai Cymdogaeth and we would now like to consult all residents on its content.
