Applying for Housing
To apply for a new home with Tai Cymdogaeth you need to complete a housing application form and return it to our offices.
It is important that you complete the correct application form in order for us to process your application as quickly as possible. Carmarthenshire has a different application than other areas due to the joint Housing Register in that area.
You can either:
- fill in the online application form
- phone 01792 488288 or email cymdogaeth@gwalia.com and ask for a form to be sent to you
- print the form below, fill it by hand and return it to us
When applying online, please note that you will be required to sign the application form before we are able to proceed to making any tenancy offers.
Application Forms
If you are applying for housing in Carmarthenshire please go to Carmarthenshire County Council website to fill in the Carmarthenshire Housing Choice Register Application Form.
If you would like to live elsewhere please fill in the Tai Cymdogaeth online application form. Optionally you can print out the Tai Cymdogaeth Application Form (PDF 357 KB), fill it in by hand and return it to us.
ADAPT
The ADAPT Project is a partnership project which has established a register of properties that have been adapted in order that when they become available they can be let to someone who needs the adaptions.
