Tai Cymdogaeth tenants can now swap their home for a more suitable one through a free online service HomeSwapper.
Homeswapper.co.uk is the largest mutual exchange service for council and housing association tenants wanting to swap homes.Tai Cymdogaeth has forged a partnership with Swansea Council, Coastal Housing (Formerly Swansea Housing Association) and Family Housing Association Wales, so that all these organisations have joined and their tenants are able to swap homes with each other.
All tenants have to do to register is to log onto the HomeSwapper website and advertise their property by tapping in information and uploading digital photographs.
They're also asked to describe the sort of home they're looking for and HomeSwapper will alert them by email or text when suitable matches have been found. HomeSwapper searches for potential matches with thousands of other tenants from all over the country. It is easy to use with powerful and effective matching. Hundreds of families swap homes via the service every month.
The site can provide updates and possible matches by email, text message or your on-site account. Registration is free, easy and secure via the website at http://www.homeswapper.co.uk. Registration can also be carried out by completing a paper application form available on request by calling 01792 460609 or calling into one of our offices. Printed lists available to view in all our offices will cover all applications for people wishing to move within the local area as well as those wishing to exchange into this area. Both lists are updated monthly.
