Tai Cymdogaeth, as part of Grwp Gwalia Cyf, is in a key position to work in partnership to promote regeneration and community renewal.
Since 1997 Grwp Gwalia Cyf has pursued a community investment strategy and joined together with local government, other organisations, and with the communities themselves, to identify and tackle the causes of decline and exclusion.
A number of projects have been implemented as a consequence, ranging from building capacity to training and employment opportunities to research. Gwalia has exercised a variety of roles - empowering, enabling, providing, organising, partnering or facilitating - in delivering projects for the benefit of tenants and their communities.
