Tai Cymdogaeth Cyf is part of Grwp Gwalia Cyf, and provides a letting and housing management service for all the Group's accommodation. Tai Cymdogaeth, also provides housing management services to other associations.

Specialist Teams
- The Senior Management Team offers strategic direction, operational support and standards monitoring to both Tai Cymdogaeth tenants, staff and Grwp Gwalia Cyf, in the provision and quality of housing services
- The New Home Team offers a high quality, customer focussed lettings service, providing advice and support in all matters to do with letting properties, settling tenants into their new home, identifying and meeting support needs
- The Income Management Team offers a professional money management, advice and support service for rental income, service charges, court costs and other sundry debts, housing and welfare benefits
- The Tenancy Management Team offers a highly specialised service in the management of estates, breaches of tenancy, nuisance, anti-social behaviour and harassment
- The Services for Older People Team offers an experienced and specialist service, in the management of housing and services for people over 55 years of age, including sheltered housing
- The Tai Cymdogaeth Extra Care Agency provides 24 hour home care for residents at Llys y Werin, Gorseinon and Plas y Mor, Burry Port to enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
